Time for products available in stock will be 4-6 Working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. This Shipping period is significantly reduced once our customer becomes regular and we start to maintain customer specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery: Time is not more that 10 days, depends on the region of delivery, As we use to deliver with World-class trustable “DHL” courier , so average delivery time is 6 working days.

RETURN & CREDITS POLICY:

1. Return shipping, insurance, and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
3. Once the item has been used it is not returnable.
4. Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods.
5. Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
6. Product will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sell-able condition.
7. Product must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
