Product Posting Policy for Global Trade Nest
Global Trade Nest upholds strict guidelines for product posting to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across all countries and jurisdictions. It is prohibited to post, sell, or purchase any items that contravene these regulations on Global Trade Nest.
Please note that Global Trade Nest strictly prohibits the sale or posting of illegal items, violate the intellectual property rights of others, or have potential use for illegal activities.
Global Trade Nest retains the right to promptly remove any listed items that violate the ‘Product Posting Policy’ without prior notice.
In the event of repeated violation of the ‘Product Posting Policy’ after warnings, Global Trade Nest reserves the right to disable the accounts of the offending members. The following items/product types are strictly prohibited on Global Trade Nest:
- Products that promote or encourage illegal activities.
- Items that exhibit racial, religious, or ethnic derogation, incite hatred, violence, or propagate racial or religious intolerance.
- Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, stocks, bonds, investment interests, and securities.
- Pornographic materials or items of a sexual nature.
- Items that serve only as advertisements to collect user information and do not offer a product or service for sale.
- Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and substances.
- Stolen property, including items taken from individuals or companies.
- Products infringing on intellectual property rights, replicas, and counterfeit goods.
- Images bearing watermarks of brands and companies other than the seller’s own.
- Human body parts or remains (e.g., organs, bones, blood, sperm, and eggs).
- Wildlife and associated animal products (e.g., pelts, bones, and other parts).
- Items listed on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species™.
